Liquidity in superannuation funds

For many years, the ready supply of cash from Superannuation Guarantee (SG) contributions has meant that many superannuation funds may not have fully considered the risks associated with illiquidity. In this paper, we explore the implications of illiquidity and look at some of the strategies funds can implement to effectively manage this risk.
